This report presents a snapshot of attitudes towards te reo Māori and language proficiency data for the public service workforce using survey data across key demographic variables. Furthermore, this report outlines the additional steps required for He Ara Poutama mō te reo Māori to be able to model the proficiency of te reo Māori in the public service workforce.
